JSTOR Register and Read program

For those of a scholarly bent:
Register and Read

JSTOR is essentially a depository for scholarly journals. Normally, it requires a paid subscription to access the majority of articles on the site, but it's starting up a beta program that will allow people to save up to 3 articles at a time for reading. The articles will need to remain on a reader's "shelf" for a minimum of 14 days though, then the article can be replaced by a new one.

So if you do not have access to JSTOR through your school or public library, I recommend checking out the program.
