This quiet and somber place is often savaged by the down and out looking to rob from the dead. Despite the best intentions of the ABPD, the Silent Hills Memorial Park is frequently picked by grave digging miscreants. Woe to those that would happen upon the ghouls in the night. They covet their findings and some will even kill to conceal their identities.
