The Irish Mafia has a strong presence in Arkham beach, and their base of operations is the infamous Coonan house. A riotous speak easy in its own right, the Coonan's have the Arkham Beach Police Department in their back pockets. Massive amounts of money laundering and other types of various scheming takes place in this nefarious abode.
