Tara stops into the general store, pulling out some of the money that the professor had given to her along with some of her meager earnings to purchase some rolls of bandaging to wrap her arm with.

The shop is freshly stocked and does not appear to receive much in the way of traffic. With the economic trials of the decade weakening the average American's buying power, its a wonder that the place is even able to stay in business.

McGil's is very organized and it is easy to locate the supplies that Tara is looking for. The shop has only one employee currently working. A mouse-like woman with pale blue eyes and straw-colored yellow hair.

Tara looks over the rest of the stock after finding her intended items, looking for anything that might be interesting or useful to have before making her purchase.

That plus a box of ammunition would run 22$ total.

Tara eyes the gun for but a moment, she wouldn't know the first thing about using one, and it was awful expensive. She browses but a moment more and then pays for the bandages and leaves.
